ARQA Technologies: results of 2025
In 2025, ARQA Technologies celebrated its 25th anniversary. Over the past quarter century, the company has established itself as a recognized IT vendor with extensive experience and deep expertise in the field of information technology for financial markets.
Clients
In 2025, 17 organizations including banks, exchanges, and investment companies became new clients of ARQA Technologies. Thirteen of these implemented the QUIK software, and eight adopted solutions based on the QORT software platform. Another five existing clients expanded their current infrastructure by integrating products from both the QUIK and QORT product lines.

QUIK Complex
Exchange Projects
Last year, the QUIK software suite was implemented as a key component – essentially the matching engine – of the FX market platform for Kyrgyzstan’s universal digital exchange, Envoys Vision Digital Exchange (EVDE). ARQA Technologies’ expertise and QUIK’s modular architecture enabled the project’s rapid delivery, providing the exchange with an efficient solution for organizing and conducting trading.
To support clients trading on the IMEX cryptocurrency platform (Belarus) with ARQA’s products, a number of improvements were made to the QUIK platform and the backQORT back-office system, accommodating the specific nature of the cryptocurrency market.
A significant number of improvements were also made for the QUIK-based SPCEX trading cores (matching engines), including support for a new asset class — digital certificates.
A significant innovation on the Russian financial markets last year was the start of trading on weekends on the Moscow Exchange (securities and derivatives markets) and the SPB Exchange. The new realities forced ARQA Technologies to reorganize the work of its QUIK technical support teams and the maintenance procedures for its own data centers. Additionally, weekend trading made it necessary for many clients to adjust their QUIK settings to keep positions on a calendar-day.
Server Modules
In 2025, the following new products were added to the list of QUIK server modules:
- ITS FX Market trading interface for FX trading on the MTF ITS.
- EVDE FX Market trading interface for FX trading on the universal digital exchange of Kyrgyzstan Envoys Vision Digital Exchange (EVDE).
- SPB Exchange Derivatives Market trading interface for trading derivative instruments on the SPB Exchange.
Besides that, in the corresponding QUIK Trading interfaces, the company implemented support for all major infrastructure innovations on the markets of the Moscow Exchange, SPB Exchange, and Saint-Petersburg Exchange (SPIMEX).
During the year, QUIK was improved to bring the functionality of the modules related to pre-trade control of transactions in line with the new margin regulation (Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 6681-U).
The past year was also marked by the integration of most QUIK server modules with the Zabbix monitoring system.

User Terminals
In 2025, development of QUIK user terminals continued. Seven updates were released for the QUIK workstation (the desktop terminal), and two updates for each of the mobile terminals on iOS (iQUIK X) and Android (QUIK Android X).
Over the past year, the library of videos showcasing the capabilities and nuances of using the QUIK system continued to expand. In addition, the first video demonstrating the functionality of the QDealing service was released. All product videos are available on ARQA Technologies’ official channels on VK Video and YouTube.

Business Solutions
Last year the company actively developed and promoted QDealing, a service for negotiating the terms of OTC trades. Among the most significant innovations of the QDealing, the following are worth noting:
- major improvements in the ergonomics and specialized functions of the trader chat,
- AI-based functionality that analyzes user chat messages and aggregates all buy and sell offers from the current trading day into a ‘Quotes from Chats’ table,
- two major banks have begun providing indicative bond quotes on a permanent basis,
- a new asset class — metals (quotes for gold).
In 2025, new types of participants were introduced in QDealing: exchanges and family offices. By the end of the year, a total of over 115 financial organizations were connected to QDealing, and more than 800 end users were active in QDealing chat.
QDealing has become a platform for the consolidation and discussion of broad market issues, and a de facto standard for documenting OTC trades in the fixed-income market.

QORT Platform
In 2025, special attention was given to products based on the QORT platform, notably: improving the system’s usability; further developing the VaR-analysis module (specifically improving the calculation and the exporting of results via the Web-services integration module); and expanding the functionality for REPO trades.
In addition, the depoQORT depository record-keeping system was acquired by its first clients.
Automated back-office backQORT
In backQORT, a significant amount of work was done to optimize the calculation and deduction of commissions, and the functionality for personal income tax (PIT) calculation was substantially improved (including the ability to submit applications and obtain results for the IIA-3 investment tax deduction).
The Module of monitoring non-standard operations now tracks transactions according to NAUFOR criteria.
Middle-office of an asset management company capQORT
In capQORT, the options for configuring limits were significantly expanded. The duration calculation functionality was improved by adding a new option to calculate duration based on the number of days until the coupon payment, and a new calculation methodology was implemented for bonds with indexed nominal values and bonds with floating coupon rates.
Additionally, the integration capabilities were expanded to facilitate interaction with the RU DATA and Cbonds services for obtaining asset information.
Support for a New System Stack
In 2025, as many participants in the financial market transitioned to an alternative software stack, ARQA Technologies continued its efforts to ensure support for this new system stack in its software products.
By year-end, the back-ends of the capQORT and depoQORT systems, as well as several QUIK components, were migrated to a cross-platform stack.
The transition to a Russian software stack also affected the operation of the company’s own data centers. The Alepiz cross-platform infrastructure monitoring, management and automation system has already been implemented, and preparations for the switch to the Postgres Pro database (DBMS) are almost complete.
Over the year, information on five additional QUIK and QORT modules was added to the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases.
Events
In 2025, ARQA Technologies participated in 47 different events, including conferences, partner seminars, and working meetings of the regulator and various professional communities.
During the year, the company held three events for users of the QDealing service, where the participants were forming closer bonds within the service’s user community and learned about new functionality of the service.
During the year, the company held three events for QDealing users, where participants strengthened their ties within the service’s user community and learned about the service’s new features.
ARQA Technologies’ annual seminar has been attracting growing interest from clients and partners. The number of participants continues to increase: last year, approximately 500 representatives from over 120 companies attended the seminar. Furthermore, in autumn 2025, the company held its first seminar in Almaty for users of QUIK and QORT solutions in Eurasia. It brought together more than 70 representatives from 32 companies across Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and France.
