Cross currency rates forming module
The module allows the QUIK server to manage information about currency rates.
Module Functions
The module is intended to transmit dynamically changing information about currency rates to the QUIK server. This information is displayed on the server as a separate instrument class (code — CROSSRATE) and used by pre-trade control subsystem of the QUIK server to evaluate the customer’s positions in different currencies.
The following sources can be used for transmission of currency rates to the QUIK server:
- Data on currency rates recorded by the broker in the crossrate.ini setting file.
- Exchange currency rates transmitted from currency markets through appropriate trading interfaces of the QUIK server.
