New version of web2QUIK module — 4.6.1

The updated web2QUIK module has the following new functionality:

• transmission of additional parameters in order to support the requirements of the Bank of Russia Ordinance dated December 12, 2024 No. 6681-U,
• notifications about uncovered positions when submitting trade orders and non-trade instructions.
