New version of Saint-Petersburg Exchange trading interface (Foreign securities market) — 2.12

As part of the innovation, the Saint-Petersburg Exchange trading interface (Foreign securities market) supports a new ‘OTC: bonds’ trading mode as a separate instrument class of QUIK.

Also, the Interface acquired an option to set the frequency of the ‘Quotes’ table’s updates in the QUIK workstation which allows reducing the load on server part of the system.
