New version of Alert dispatch module — 3.20

The updated Alert dispatch module provides a possibility of the module’s integration with notifications dispatch web services of any SMS and push providers

Besides that, the transition has been made to a new version of push notification API service ‘HTTP v1 API’ for Android devices due to the termination of Google support of the outdated API version ‘FCM Legacy HTTP protocol’ from June 21, 2024.
