New version of Alert dispatch module — 3.19

The improvements of the released Alert dispatch module are related to innovations of service providers.

Thus, one of the improvements is the transition to a new version of the protocol of the SMS notification provided by ‘SMS Aero’. The previous protocol version will be removed from service in the middle of March.

Another improvement is the transition to a new push notifications dispatch service for Android devices — Google FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Termination of the outdated Google Cloud Messaging service is expected in June 2024.
