Middle-office capQORT — solution for asset management companies
The main improvements in the capQORT system in the 4th quarter of 2018:
Integrations
New functionality |
When it is necessary to make corrections in client positions on Moscow Exchange Derivative market during intermediate clearing, the system adjusts positions in the trading system after intermediate clearing is finished. |
Bonds are now ranked as follows: unsubordinated, senior subordinated, subordinated, junior subordinated. This feature may be imported via Intermediate data base (IDB) and from RU DATA. The feature is displayed in the ‘Assets’ table and in the portfolio organizer. It may also be taken into account for controlling restrictions. |
When downloading trades from QUIK with an empty ‘client code’ field, it has become possible to set linkage to a subaccount depending on instrument classes and trading-clearing accounts of trades. |
For integration with RU DATA it is possible to receive market data at the end of the trading day as well as quotes from the current trading session. |
Pool orders
New functionality |
When generating pool orders in the mode ‘increase/decrease % in the portfolio’, assets in orders may be rounded up or down. Previously, assets could be only rounded up. |
Trading venue section can be changed for a group of pool orders with the same asset. Besides that, it is possible to change a method of forwarding for groups of pool orders from ‘on-exchange’ to ‘off-exchange’. |
When forwarding a pool order to the trading system, a confirmation window pops up similar to that in QUIK. |
When forwarding a pool order, the dropdown list displays only assets chosen in a filter of the pool order table. |
Portfolio rebalancing mechanism
New functionality |
When rebalancing portfolios, it is possible to specify a trading venue section — on-exchange or off-exchange — for order execution. Besides that, this parameter may be changed simultaneously for several pool orders generated by the rebalancing mechanism. |
System usability
New functionality |
Users can set ‘hot’ key combinations by using Alt and Shift (previously, only Ctrl could be used). |
It has become possible to monitor instruments that caused restriction violations. This information is shown in the table ‘Primary (current) structure of violation source’. |
All redemption parameters can be edited. |
If a user works in a portfolio organizer with data of the current trading day, in case of trading day change the day is changed both in the system and organizer. But if the user works with historic data for a certain date, the date is not updated in the portfolio organizer after change of the trading day. |
Users can set displaying of menu in the QORT terminal. This allows excluding menu items which users do not require for their work. |
Automation and group operations
New functionality |
Automated status change by position and debt is now available not only for individual investment accounts (IIA) but also for all types of managed portfolios. |
An option was added for editing the ‘Non-trade transaction execution time’ parameter. |
Reports
New functionality |
The new ‘List of limits’ report displays summary information about limit control of chosen portfolios. |
Security
New functionality |
It has become possible to keep records of changes made in groups of instruments. |
Orders
New functionality |
When forwarding trade orders, client’s purchase power may be controlled not only by account related to the order but also by several client accounts simultaneously, including accounts in foreign currencies. |
