New version of TrustManager terminal module for asset managers — 2.11

The released version of the TrustManager terminal module for asset managers acquired a mechanism to control over the minimum volume of exchange orders when splitting group orders for ‘REPO with CCP with GCP’ modes.

Also, this TrustManager version works with DBMS PostgreSQL.
