New version of QUIK Matching Engine — 3.5

The released version of the QUIK Matching Engine includes the following improvements:

• the ability to configure indexed bonds with a minimum face value,

• support for loading and updating price limits for instruments online,
• the ability to use the last trade price as the average value when setting price restrictions.
