Automated back-office backQORT

Module of integration with Cbonds Database

• It has become possible to import new types of securities from Cbonds:

— Clearing participation certificate,

— Mortgage participation certificate,

— Rights,

— Warrant,

— American depository receipt (ADR),

— Global depository receipt (GDR),

— Brazilian depository receipt (BDR),

— Canadian depository receipt (CDR),

— European depository receipt (EDR)

Commissions

• The back-office now allows writing off the commission for corrections taking into account the time of placement of securities and cash on accounts.

Reconciliation

• The back-office supports reconciliation with the Bank of Russia’s BIC Directory.

System Usability

• Multiselect has become available when canceling and deleting securities redemptions.

Other

• The back-office supports a new instrument class of the SPB Exchange – ‘NDM bond private offering’.
• It has become possible to send automatic e-mail notifications about contract termination.
• There is a possibility to download currency rates of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

Restrictions

• An option has been added to create a test asset for checking restrictions before placement.

Other

• The middle-office allows forwarding and canceling non-trade instructions via the universal means of integration with the QORT database.
