New version of OMS Manager module — 7.2

The updated OMS Manager module has the following improvements:

it has become possible to configure the OMS orders execution for a trading book in terms of Module classes,
it has become possible to execute OMS orders for a trading book in the mode of operation without a client dictionary,

during registration of the OMS order from the ‘Quotes’ table, a corresponding instrument from the OMS class is now substituted into the OMS order form,
when the Module starts, instruments with expired maturity dates (bonds and derivatives) are no longer loaded from the database,
in the ‘OMS Instrument’ dictionary, instrument names can be specified in English.
