New version of Moscow Exchange FX Market trading interface — 13.14

This updated Moscow Exchange FX Market trading interface works with new instruments of the Chinese yuan/Russian ruble pair:

• CNYRUB_WAP0 and CNYRUB_WAPV for trade execution at the weighted average rate of the yuan,
• CNYRUB_FIX0 for trade execution at the exchange's FX fixing rate.
