New version of FIX adapter program interface — 3.68

The innovations in the FIX adapter program interface relate to the work with OMS orders:

• when rejecting a request to register or replace an OMS order, it has become possible to transmit to a FIX client a comment on the OMS order cancellation entered by users with ‘Sales’ and ‘Trader’ roles,
• registration of OMS orders is possible in configuration with the KYC module.
