New version of Bookbuilding module — 2.3

This updated Bookbuilding module is implemented with a redesigned mechanism for control of the allowed price range. In particular, verification that the order price/rate satisfies the current acceptable range is now performed only when registering a new order or resubmitting an order in the trading system.

Besides that, the module supports unconditional download of currencies from its database even if there are no instruments in this currency. Moreover, the order entry form now includes an option for entering the employee full name and order receiving time.
