New version of Alert dispatch module — 3.3.0

The released version of the Alert dispatch module is able to process results of sent alerts for universal method of integration. This allows tracing the delivery status with quick respond if an error occurs.

The text message alerts functionality by client codes was expanded for the ‘Order forwarding’ service type. Now such alerts are activated not only for anonymous orders but also for OTC.
