Information agency newsfeed interface
The information agency newsfeed interface allows getting newsfeed from any of the information agencies (Interfax, MFD-Infocenter, BNA Prime or Refinitiv) and its converting into QUIK server’s own format.
Individual interfaces were developed for each agency and adjusted to a particular data format. Connection to a non-standard news source including own sources is performed by using the General-purpose interface to news providers.

Operating Principle
- To get newsfeed, an information agency provides a broker with technological access to the delivered information via authorized access to the server or via a program interface (API) for the news receiving software. This information is delivered in a certain format, which is individual for each source.
- The newsfeed interface monitors new messages and sends them to the QUIK server with their conversion into its own format. The server administrator defines the right of access to news for each user.
- The received newsfeed can be viewed in a special ‘News’ window available in all client applications except webQUIK Mobile.
