New version of SPB Exchange trading interface (Russian securities market) — 3.0

The updated version of the SPB Exchange trading interface (Russian securities market) transmits exchange cross currency rates to the QUIK server in a new class ‘SPB RU: Currency rate’ and supports operation with the QUIK server version 16.0.

Besides that, the process of transmitting dynamic parameters of instruments to the QUIK server has been optimized.
