New versions of QUIK server software — 8.8 and 8.9

The released version of the QUIK server supports the work with the Moscow Exchange Securities Market trading modes added as a part of the scheduled release dated 22 June 2020 (https://www.moex.com/n29025).

In the limit calculation library, improvements were made to limit operations by classes of the OMS Manager module:

• the positions are calculated, when replacing OMS orders,
• correct calculation of positions is supported, when settlement codes of the trade and the order are different.
