New version of Moscow Exchange FX Market trading interface — 13.10

The released version of the Moscow Exchange FX Market trading interface works with new instruments to trade small lots.

Besides that, it has become possible to forward orders with the ‘Passive only’ (Book or cancel) execution term. Such an order will be canceled if, when being put in queue, at least one trade can be generated in the Trading system.
