Messaging module

The module serves as an online chat to exchange messages between clients and the broker’s support service as well as to send information messages to QUIK workstations of the broker’s clients.

The Messaging module comprises additional components of the QUIK workstation and the QUIK server.

There is a possibility to use not only a built-in chat, but also a third party chat system or a bot via a universal program interface (API).

Functions Performed by the Additional Components

  1. QUIK workstation:

    For clients:
    • Messaging with the broker’s support service;
    • Reception of information messages;
    • Viewing the chat history.
    For the broker’s employee:
    • Receiving messages from clients and corresponding;
    • Transferring a chat with a client to another groups of employees;
    • Sending information messages;
    • Sending messages to a client on the employee’s own initiative;
    • Viewing the chat history.
  1. QUIK server:
    • Keeping directory records;
    • Setting companies and classes with information available to users;
    • Setting lists of support service groups;
    • Setting lists of information channels;
    • Generation of reports on messages.

Hardware Software

Processor Intel Xeon Gold 5118 or better,

At least 4 GB of RAM,

50 GB available of hard disk space.

OS Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 (x64).

DBMS Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2017/2019/2022, Postgres Pro 13/14/15 (Standard, Enterprise) for OS Astra Linux.
