Release of new OMS Manager Module — version 5.0.0

The new version of the OMS Manager Module has a modified solution architecture which allows using the Module independently of the Algorithmic trading module. Starting with this version all later updates of the OMS Manager Module and Algorithmic trading module will be released independently. This architecture will increase flexibility of infrastructure solutions setting.
