New version of Non-trade instructions module 19.21 released

The main improvements made in this version of Non-trade instructions module:

• Users who have manager’s rights now can manually confirm instructions waiting for one-time password form a user.
• Instructions can be cancelled in groups with indicating a general reason.
  

• “Do not credit” option was added for “Cash transfer” instructions. The option allows writing off cash without its real crediting to the user when online crediting is not possible.
